South Pennine Boat Club

Welcome to South Pennine Boat Club

South Pennine Boat Club provides its members with first class facilities for boating, recreation and social activities.

The Club is managed entirely by members for members to create a friendly meeting place for people sharing a common interest in Britain's waterways.

SPBC welcomes boaters

South Pennine Boat Club was developed from a once derelict site into the current pleasant environment with a clubhouse, covered dry dock and moorings for fifty boats. We are members of the Association of Waterways Cruising Clubs and visiting boaters from other clubs are always assured of a warm welcome. There is a varied programme of events from impromptu barbeques to boat rallies.
