South Pennine Boat Club


South Pennine Boat Club will hold its 2020 Annual General Meeting on Sunday 29th March at 2pm in the clubhouse. All members are welcome, but only full members may vote. Visitors may not attend.

Only items on the agenda will be discussed. If members wish to bring a 'Motion' to the meeting (e.g. for a rule change) this must be given in writing to the Secretary by 2pm on 1st March 2020. All members should recieve the agenda for the meeting and the minutes of the 2019 AGM by March 8th. This is sent by email to the address recorded on your member account, unless other arrangements have been made with the secretary. If you wish to check or change your email address, members can log in and update there own details in the 'My Account' tab.

If members would like to be considered for committee or one of the officer roles (NB There is a vacancy for Secretary!), please complete a nomination form and place it in the box provided in the clubhouse by 2pm on March 1st.

Also at the meeting, we will update the Appeals Panel and 'Skippers (formerly the Crew) Register'. Please put your name forward if you would like to be included on either of these.

Tea/coffee and biscuits will be served at the close of the meeting.
