South Pennine Boat Club provides its members with first class facilities for boating, recreation and social activities.
The Club is managed entirely by members for members to create a friendly meeting place for people sharing a common interest in Britain's waterways.
SPBC welcomes boaters
South Pennine Boat Club was developed from a once derelict site into the current pleasant environment with a clubhouse, covered dry dock and moorings for fifty boats. We are members of the Association of Waterways Cruising Clubs and visiting boaters from other clubs are always assured of a warm welcome. There is a varied programme of events from impromptu barbeques to boat rallies.
